Q: What are the opening and closing times?
A: Tokyo Camii is open every day of the year from 10:00 to 18:00 (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
Q: Can I visit Tokyo Camii?
A: You are free to visit during our opening hours. Reservations are not required. However, groups of 5 or more people who wish to have a tour must apply in advance.
Q: Can I visit the Tokyo Camii during service hours?
A: Yes, you can visit during service hours and watch from the back of the 2nd-floor Mosque where the congregation is going. (Please refrain from taking pictures or speaking loudly during the congregation.)
Please note that the entrance on the first floor, the Cultural Center, and the Halal Market will be temporarily closed for about 20 minutes during congregation prayer. Please use the outside stairs or the entrance on the back side of the market to enter and exit.
Q: Where can I enter from?
A: The entrance to the Cultural Center is on the first floor facing Inokashira Street. There is a reception desk on the right as you enter, and you can go up to the Mosque on the second floor.
Q: Is there an entrance fee?
A: There is no admission fee. The operation of the Mosque is funded by donations, and we are grateful for any donations of goodwill. Donation boxes are located throughout the building.
Q: Do you have a parking lot?
A: Please use the coin-operated parking lots in the neighborhood. We are unable to guarantee availability, so please check with your own parking lot.
Q: Do you offer guided tours?
A: Guided tours are available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays from 14:30, with no reservations required. On weekdays, we can provide tours for groups of 5 or more people if you make a reservation at least one week in advance and can arrange a date and time with a guide.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request due to prior reservations.
