Let us introduce the picture book series “Allah no suteki na namae (Beautiful Names of Allah).”

In the religion of Islam, Allah is believed to have a variety of beautiful names, which are also said to represent the various attributes of Allah. To know Allah’s name is to know Allah, and know Allah leads to a deeper understanding of the religion of Islam.

“Allah no suteki na namae (Beautiful Names of Allah)” is a series of picture books edited & translated by the localization team with Tokyo Camii’s staff members as a central figure. It intends to readers to know & learn Allah’s name through colorful illustrations and stories based on familiar topics and getting intimate with Allah’s name. The original Turkish work is for preschoolers, and the Japanese version is also easy to read by 1st to 3rd graders in elementary.

The first set of “Allah no suteki na namae (Beautiful Names of Allah)” consists of 5 books, “Al-Khaliq,” “Ar-Rahman,” “Al-Quddus,” “Al-Wadud,” and “Ar-Razzaq.” You will be able to purchase it at the bookstore “Kitapci” in Tokyo Camii soon.
