Maqam Lecture & Concert
Hicaz makam is a widely used mode in Turkish music. Hicaz, with its unique structure and dramatic tones, is an ideal choice for expressing deep emotions and melancholy. In this event, a brief introduction to the Hicaz makam will be presented, followed by performances in the Hicaz mode. We look forward to your participation.
