The very favored workshop is coming back this spring.
It’s a full-fledged kaleidoscope making… pieces of Ryukyu glass slowly moves up and down between the mirrors, an unprecedented view appears in front of you. Dr. Tani lectures us from the mechanism to how to create it, including short commentary on mathematics.
Please apply in advance if you wish to participate. We are looking forward to your participation, including those who could not attend last time, those who are looking for a place to go for spring break, those who are at a loss of club activities 🙂
The date and time: Saturday, March 21
Lecturer: Dr. Katsuhiko Tani (Doctorate of Science, Mathematician/The organizer of NPO “Maths Awareness Council of Japan”)
